TV App : Mississippi Receives New Human Trafficking Reporting App | Crime

MISSISSIPPI – Mississippi takes a bold step in the fight against human trafficking with a new AI-powered reporting tool.

Attorney General Lynn Fitch is partnering with the Safe House Project to launch Simply Report, a new tool allowing Mississippians to safely and anonymously report suspected human trafficking.

The app connects tips directly to the Attorney General’s investigative team and uses AI to help prioritize leads.

“Every day Mississippians can be heroes,” said Fitch. “This tool makes it easier to report what they see.”

Mississippi is the first state to officially adopt Simply Report. Since 2021, Fitch’s office has led 58 trafficking operations, rescued 341 victims and made 99 arrests.
